Complimentary Conference Rooms

  1. This is a request only. You will receive an email confirmation with a room assignment.
  2. Rooms seat 8 people maximum.
  3. Reservations are available for a maximum of 3 hours, no farther than 3 months in advance.
  4. Requests must be submitted before 12:00 pm the business day prior to the requested meeting date.
  5. To edit or cancel an already existing reservation, please email Anita Mcintire.

For groups larger than 8 people or meetings longer than 3 hours, please rent a room at Broadway Commons.

Rentable Rooms

  1. This is a request only. You will receive a quote in the form of a proposal to approve or deny.
  2. Rooms seat 250 people maximum.
  3. A/V equipment and sound system available for rent.
  4. Easy access to water, coffee and pastry catering through Broadway Coffeehouse.
